May is National Physical Fitness and Sports month. People who life an active lifestyle benefit greatly from all the wonderful things exercise can provide us. You can even move your legs and feet and stretch while you’re at your desk, or take a 5-minute walk on your breaks at work. Making simple changes here and there will burn extra calories and get you back into good shape.
