For the months of June and July 2017, Fixing Feet Institute chose to support "A New Leaf" with a Donation Drive for School Supplies. This is the third year that we have collected School Supplies to aid children that are victims of Domestic Violence, and other areas supported by this organization.
A New Leaf began as a result of community efforts to address the escalating drug concerns in public schools. A New Leaf helps bring hope and new beginnings to victims of domestic violence and their children. Through shelters, victim outreach, advocacy and shelter over-flow program, they work tirelessly to help victims break the cycle of abuse. A New Leaf supports the Autumn House Domestic Violence Shelter in the East Valley and Faith House Domestic Violence Shelter in the West Valley among others.
We collected school supplies for the families in need. We have provided the most requested items below for your reference. We had collection boxes located in our reception area, and as usual, the patients and friends of Fixing Feet Institute responded. The pictures shows just some of the donations recieved.
