During January and February we collected food and hygiene products to be sent to military personnel. This is a local organization that collects items they then ship to our troops oversea. The organization was started by a mother whose son was deployed in 2004 when he told her that he was the only one in his unit getting care packages from home. They also help returning, homeless and at risk military members as well as food and supplies for service animals.
